2023 Callaway Big Bertha Lineup

Callaway has recently announced the release of their 2023 Big Bertha lineup. This year, the company has focused on game improvement to super game improvement golf clubs, with a heavy emphasis on easy-to-swing and launch options that have the distance potential the Big Bertha name is known for.

The BB23 iron is the most forgiving iron in Callaway’s lineup, designed for easy launch and the same Big Bertha shaping the name is known for. Callaway has implemented new technology into the irons, such as the 450 Face Cup, which is A.I. designed for each club in the set and offers high speed and spin consistency. Additionally, the irons feature tungsten placement and Urethane Microspheres for sound feedback.

The 2023 Big Bertha hybrid has seen significant improvement from the BB21 release. The hybrid is designed to be a complimentary iron replacement with a square toe look, and features a longer heel-to-toe design and the Opti-Fit adapter system. Internally, Triaxial Carbon is used to keep weight lower in the head for higher MOI, and the Jailbreak Batwing tech allows more flex for more speed.

The Big Bertha fairways have been improved based on customer feedback, with a clubhead that is shallow-faced with a shape that inspires ease off the deck. The fairways have progressive lengths and lofts to improve consistency and launch.

Finally, the 2023 Big Bertha driver is designed to be a low spin, slice-killing driver with internal draw weighting. The CG has been moved lower and more forward in the head to create notable speed potential while keeping the spin low. The driver is being offered in 9.0, 10.5, and 12.5 degree lofts, utilizing their Opti-Fit adapters and featuring the Callaway RCH in 45, 55, and 65.

The 2023 Big Bertha lineup is now available for purchase, with the irons priced at $999.99/6 piece set (steel) and $1,099.99/6 piece set (graphite), the hybrids priced at $259.99, the fairways priced at $299.99, and the driver priced at $499.99.
